In March 2023, a customer brought her car in to have it inspected as there were noises in the engine and the car was not performing well.

The most immediate issue was that her vehicle needed a full Clutch replacement. We discussed this with her and advised her of the cost. Unfortunately, this news caused her distress and brought on an anxiety attack.

Our Service team member, Sandy, understood how the customer was feeling and took control of the situation in a very empathetic way. With communication between the client and her mother, we resolved the payment issue by offering her AfterPay a flexible payment solutions so she wouldn't have to drive her car in poor repair until her budget allowed. We are pleased to advise that the car was repaired quickly and the customer and her mother felt very supported throughout the process.
